• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Damages and Wrong Deliveries

• Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at arzoi.jshop@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, ensuring you record the compulsory unboxing video.
